Health Insurance

For International Students

UCI Division of Continuing Education international students are required to have health insurance. Students are automatically enrolled in UCI DCE’s medical plan and billed the quarterly health insurance fee, unless students submit a waiver to opt out of the plan.

If you have any questions or concerns about health insurance for you or your dependents, email HealthandWellness@ce.uci.edu.

For a detailed description of insurance coverage including the brochure, plan summary, ID card, and claim procedures, follow the below directions.
