A financial hold may result in additional fees and the denial of registration privileges in future courses and programs at the University of California, Irvine. Students who do not resolve their financial hold by a given deadline may be disenrolled from their courses and/or program at any time. You can confirm if a financial hold has been placed or released on your account by logging in to My Account.
A financial hold may be placed on your account for any of the following reasons:
- RETURNED ITEMS
Payment returned unpaid by the bank for any reas - PAST DUE BALANCE FROM PRIOR QUARTER(S)
- DISPUTED CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS (i.e. Chargebacks)
- PARKING OBLIGATIONS
Please contact Transportation and Distribution Services (T&DS) at (949) 824-7275 for information. A parking hold will be released only when UCI Division of Continuing Education Student Services receives an authorization e-mail from T&DS. - TRANSFER OF UNPAID FEES
Fees that are denied payment by a third party such as the Department of Rehabilitation or other agency - UCI SUMMER SESSION PAST DUE BALANCES
