About the Venue

Located on the UC Irvine campus, our venue combines modern design with professional service—ideal for meetings, conferences, training, and receptions. Each space features flexible layouts, natural light, and built-in technology to create a seamless experience. From board meetings to multi-day seminars, our team ensures your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Furniture Removal & Room Set-Up

  • For all classrooms and the Courtyard, reservations include the existing desks, chairs, and other furniture provided in the space.
  • Reconfiguring the existing furniture within the reserved space is permitted, provided the furniture remains in the room or designated area.
  • If your event requires furniture to be removed from the reserved space, additional room(s) must be reserved to store the furniture for the duration of the event. Additional room rental fees will apply.
  • Yosemite is a dedicated custom space. Furniture configuration and storage within the Yosemite space are included at no additional charge. Seating capacity will vary based on the requested room configuration and setup style.

Conference & U-Shape Style Setups

Conference and U-Shape setups require additional floor space for tables, chairs, and comfortable circulation. Because of the room configuration and space needed around the seating area, maximum guest capacity is lower than for standard classroom or theater-style setups.

Insurance Requirements for All Non-UC Parties

  • Event Liability Application

  • The Certificate of Insurance should list The Regents of the University of California as additional insured and list the following as the event location address:

  • Minimum Insurance Requirements
  • If you have Workers’ Compensation coverage, please include it on the Certificate of Insurance. If not, please notify the Facilities Coordinator, and you will be emailed a Workers’ Compensation form for signature.
