Cohort-Based Learning for Project Managers
Enrollment for Small Groups and Individual Employees.
Our Project Management Program covers A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide, 7th edition), which serves as the fundamental knowledge base for project management. The UCI DCE program has been reviewed and approved as a provider of project management training by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®.
The curriculum includes the following: project management lifecycle, project team leadership, waterfall and agile project methodologies, change management and stakeholder management, to name a few.
The program is designed as cohort-based learning so that learners go through and complete all of the coursework together. Upon completion, participants will satisfy the education requirements to sit for the PMP® exam. Recognized domestically and internationally, PMP® certification sets the standard for excellence in project management.
