Airport Pick-up Service
We offer a convenient and hassle-free airport pickup service tailored for incoming students. Our shuttle will pick you up at the airport and transport you directly to your accommodations.
Airport Pick-Up
- To request an airport pick-up, select the quarter you will attend in the Pick-Up Dates & Request Forms section below and complete the corresponding online Airport Pick-Up form
- Available for flights scheduled to arrive at the airports on any official Check-In day, between 08:00 – 17:00. See the program Check-In dates below
- From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), $75*
- From John Wayne/Orange County (SNA), $45*
- The deadline to request this service is 5 days prior to the start of your program
- Cancellations and changes for this service must be received 3 business days prior to pick-up to be valid for a refund
- Airport return service is currently not provided by UCI. Please contact Student Life & Activities at activities@ce.uci.edu to help you research and book transportation for your departure
