Students will begin their exam preparation journey by developing a personal study plan. To measure your preparedness for the exam, this course will provide case study exercises, practice exams, and practical tips from instructors who are PMI-approved and -vetted for PMP certification exam training. In addition to these resources, students will be led through modules developed by PMI, in creating a high-performance team, starting the project, doing the work, keeping the team on track, and keeping the business in mind. Students will earn 35 hours of formal project management education upon successful completion of this course.
