Dynamic Product Management
A required course in the Digital Marketing & Communications Certificate Program.
This course explores all stages of the product lifecycle, emphasizing the critical role marketing professionals play in business planning and product development. Students will delve into key concepts such as the 6-step lean product process, product-market fit, unique value propositions, brand management, competitive analysis, and the creation of a marketing pro forma. Additionally, students will apply their knowledge by developing a comprehensive product management plan for a product or company of their choice.
