Important Course Information

Prerequisite: Completion of at least 7 of the following required courses: Fundamentals of the Paralegal Profession, Contracts, Legal Writing, Legal Research, Civil Litigation I, Civil Litigation II, Ethics for the Paralegal, and Technology Practicum for the Paralegal.

Synchronous sessions in the Paralegal programs are a vital part of the learning experience and are required to meet ABA standards. Students must attend at least three (3) synchronous sessions during the course to meet program requirements. All sessions are recorded and available for viewing, allowing learners to engage with the content at their convenience.
