Intensive Review of Content to Successfully Prepare Students For Exam
IRVINE, Calif. – June 20, 2016 – The University of California, Irvine Extension has announced the availability of a new Real Estate Exam Prep course. Bringing all aspects of real estate together, the course focuses on materials and topics pertinent to the passing of the California licensing exam. Course content covers property ownership and land use control and regulations, laws of agency and fiduciary duties, property valuation and financial analysis, financing, transfer of property, practice of real estate and disclosures and contracts. The two-day, on-campus course is offered on July 9 and 10. Registration is now open.
“For Real Estate Licensure program participants, this course will provide a comprehensive overview of all the topics covered in previous courses,” said Stephane Muller, director of business programs for UCI Extension. “Instructor Brian A. Bauer provides the tools and skills needed to prepare for success on exam day.”
Course instructor Brian A. Bauer, Esq., has a wide variety of experience in the real estate field, and is currently active in legal transactional work land acquisition.
