Creating Culturally Intelligent Leaders
Thinking holistically about your role as a leader is what we mean by thinking globally. And thinking globally requires the development of a new skill, cultural intelligence or CQ.
CQ is the ability to work, adapt to, and lead effectively in culturally diverse situations, across race, gender, ethnicity, culture, and generations. It’s the opportunity to consider and encourage diversity of thought and to limit bias in decision making.
This program meets the most pressing leadership challenges of our time, working in environments that are full of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.

Thoughtful, Experiential Learning
Prior to beginning the first course, you will complete The Global Leadership Assessment that will define your current leadership capabilities based on a set of twenty competencies that are aligned to successful global leaders.
The goal of the report is to provide important feedback and actionable data that can be used to develop your personal leadership development plan during the program.
In addition, you will maintain a leadership journal throughout your coursework to help guide your progress.
