Global Leadership
Creating Culturally Intelligent Leaders
Cultural intelligence is fast becoming a highly desirable attribute in the workplace due to the unprecedented times we work in; volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity, commonly called the VUCA environment. Those that are exceeding expectations in this environment learn to operate and lead with cultural intelligence (CQ).
CQ is the ability to work, adapt to, and lead effectively in culturally diverse situations, across race, gender, ethnicity, culture, and generations.
