Global Leadership

Creating Culturally Intelligent Leaders

Cultural intelligence is fast becoming a highly desirable attribute in the workplace due to the unprecedented times we work in; volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity, commonly called the VUCA environment. Those that are exceeding expectations in this environment learn to operate and lead with cultural intelligence (CQ).

CQ is the ability to work, adapt to, and lead effectively in culturally diverse situations, across race, gender, ethnicity, culture, and generations.

Our 4-course online Global Leadership Specialized Studies Program is designed to help everyday leaders navigate the VUCA environment and build CQ to lead across cultures, foster innovation, drive strategy, and strengthen team dynamics.

This program develops the following core leadership competency domains:

  • Self-Leadership
