Acquire the information and experience you need to identify your organization's training and development needs and master the processes necessary to develop, implement and evaluate effective training programs. You will gain an understanding of your role and responsibilities as a trainer, as well as the practical hands-on knowledge needed to implement a successful program through lectures, classroom discussions, and developing and presenting an actual training session in class. This course is excellent for training and human resources specialists as well as operating managers with significant human resources development responsibilities.

Vanessa Traufler-Samarripa, MSHRM, is working towards her Ph.D in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Corporate Training & e-Learning. She currently works as a Training & Development Analyst for the Orange County Superior Court in Santa Ana, CA. Vanessa has worked within training & development for over 10 years as a HR/Training Consultant, Facilitator, and Instructional Designer. She is proficient with recognizing training gaps and provides highly efficient learning models specifically crafted to produce desired learning outcomes from these analyses. Her expertise includes identifying, designing, and delivering training programs needed to meet learning objectives by using different techniques and andragogical theories to achieve internal and external learner participation.
