To earn a Certificate, participants must complete all course and grade requirements within five (5) years of initial enrollment for the program.
Please refer to the Certificate Eligibility and Requirements section under your specified program.
Please note: Certificates will be issued digitally starting July 1, 2018 and complimentary paper copies will be issued to students who complete their final program requirement by September 30, 2018.
Specialized Studies Program / Specialization
After final grades have posted for all required courses:
- Log into your MY ACCOUNT
- Select the link that states “Declaration of Candidacy/Specialized Studies”
- Select your program and pay $35
Specialized Studies / Specialization certificates will be issued digitally within two weeks after your records have been audited. You will receive an email from Parchment Inc. to retrieve your digital certificate.
Request a Duplicate Paper Certificate ($35/copy)
To request a paper certificate:
- Log into your MY ACCOUNT.
- View your unofficial transcripts to confirm that your award for the program is posted.
- Select “Order Paper Certificate” and pay $35
Your paper certificate should be mailed to you within 1-2 weeks of submission. Please note that delivery to certain locations may take longer. For an additional fee, your order can be expedited with a tracking number.
