The Terracotta Warriors
Imagine creating a mighty force of 8000 soldiers to keep you safe in the afterlife. The first emperor of China built such an army 2000 years ago. The world was stunned in 1974 by uncovering the life-sized and exquisitely carved figures in deep underground pits making it one of the most exciting archeological discoveries in modern times. Over 200 treasures are on display including Terracotta Warriors, chariot regalia and rare Chinese relics. Maximum enrollment 40.
