RESEARCH YOUR FAMILY TREE: SESSION 1

Want to research your ancestry or preserve photos or documents…but don’t know how? In this 5-session class you’ll learn how to gain free access to FamilySearch.org, the world’s largest collection of names, records and documents. The presenter and her aides will help you navigate internet resources, access more than 17 billion names, historical records and images, create an online family tree, transcribe digital images, and understand historical record types. All enrollees must bring a charged laptop, tablet, or smart phone and be familiar with using their own device.
NOTE: Maximum enrollment 28.
