Positive Philosophy Meditation for Beginners and Book Discussion: “Lovingkindess: The Revolutionary

Learn to meditate or deepen your practice in this five-part course. You will learn about meditation and its benefits, along with several strategies for practice. We will discuss the book, “Lovingkindness: The Revolutionary Art of Happiness” by Sharon Salzberg (available on Amazon, and Kindle) and practice the tools for positive philosophy and meditation.

Presenter: Ann Batenburg, Ph.D., taught meditation as part of a Positive Psychology course at SMU in Dallas, Texas, for many years, and recently graduated from the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
