Learn how to identify wine tastes and aromas to better understand its complexities. Experts may hone their skills while novices will grasp wine’s diversity on the way to developing their own palate. We will sniff and taste distinct wine flavors and test our own expertise in a blind tasting of various varietals. Al has taught wine education classes at OLLI for over 10 years and makes the subject fun and easy to understand.
