SS 302

The University of California at Irvine (UCI) has received many accolades in the past few years and today is regarded as one of the top universities in the nation. UCI’s success does not come easily. Among several factors, it involves the support and cooperation of many outside players. How does that come about?

The Office of Community and Government Relations (CGR) serves as the link between the campus and public/elected officials (federal, state, and local) and community leaders. CGR supports UCI through strategic relationships, strengthening UCI’s public perception, and the pursuit of public policy outcomes that benefit the University of California.
