WHYS IN BIOMEDICINE: AN UPDATE ON LIFELONG QUESTIONS
WHYS IN BIOMEDICINE: An Update on Lifelong Questions
SC 213
Format B/C
This first of four STEM and Social Science* lectures answer some lifelong questions on “WHY” some important biomedical phenomena occur. This updated course is for those interested in questions such as why our body behaves in a certain way, or why we get sick (eg. COVID) while others might not, and much more. We will have an organized lecture and discussion. We plan to have open and stimulating discussions, without any bias, in a tolerant and objective manner.
* Please note that the Part 2, lectures 2-4 are listed under Social Science SS 316 in this catalog
