This course is a guided autobiographical process for helping write and share your life story. Different themes are presented each week and class participants return the next week with a two-page story on that theme. These stories are then shared in small groups. This sharing gives an impactful start on writing life stories and through sharing, meaningful connections will likely develop between the participants. The class time is also used for writing tips and inspirations. Additionally, class participants can volunteer to share one of their stories at a Life Stories Event.

NOTE: This course is limited to 20 registered participants.

Presenter: Tricia Homrighausen
is trained by the Birren Center for Autobiographical Studies and leads Guided Autobiography Workshops throughout Orange County. Tricia believes everyone has a story to tell, and she is passionate about helping seniors put those stories in writing.
