CITIZEN SCIENCE: OUR OWN NASA CUBESAT PROGRAM

NASA’s CubeSat Launch Initiative provides access to space for small satellites, called nanosatellites or CubeSats, bearing payloads built by universities, high schools and non-profit organizations. Students gain hands-on experience in technology development, scientific research, and space exploration. We will learn about the Irvine CubeSat STEM Program (ICSP) and opportunities for OLLI members to participate in future satellite projects.
