Join the battle to choose the best Cabs with wine expert extraordinaire and OLLI member, Al Glasky.

March 22 - Wine War 2: California vs. the World. We will compare the best Cabs of California with the best from around the world in a blind tasting and study the natural resources of the regions.

Note: Bring four wine goblets to class. OLLI will provide the wine and snacks.

Developer / Presenter: Alvin Glasky, Ph.D.,
has taught wine education classes for the UCI Division of Continuing Education for a Wine Certification program, “Wines of the World”. He has broad expertise in this field and makes the subject both fun and easy to understand.
