A required course in the Certificate Program in Project Management.
Projects involve multiple stakeholders and can require change management to see them through to successful completion. This course teaches participants how to identify and assess stakeholders, assess the impact of change, manage resistance and engage their organization in change, and communicate that change to others.
Prerequisite: Completion of Project Management Overview is required to begin this course. The Overview course will establish the project that will be used for the duration of the program.This course uses live sessions via Zoom. A device with audio and visual will be needed to participate. The student guide provides additional resources/information on how to use and access your courses Zoom sessions. Please note these sessions will be recorded and posted in the course for all students to access.

He has over 25 years of progressive project and program management experiences that span across 6 industries – Food, Education, Non-Profit, Aerospace, Retail and Utilities and 4 core functions – Operations, Finance/Accounting, Customer Service and IT. He has taught at UCI Division of Continuing Education since 2013.
