Course Description
An introduction to Federal Income Taxation. Areas of study include the federal tax legislative process, federal tax authoritative sources, tax research, individual income taxation, and taxation of transactions in property.

This online course may include webinars using an online conferencing tool called Zoom. All webinars will be recorded and posted on the course website for those who cannot participate in the live sessions. Instructor
Todd Falcone, MSA, MBA, CFE, EA, is the Controller of External Operations at Donnelly-Boland and Associates. He is also a Faculty Program Advisor at Independence University and Adjunct Instructor at American Intercontinental University and Upper Iowa University. This has allowed him to earn 10 years of experience in accounting and 5 years of experience in teaching. In addition, he is a guest expert at the Emerging Leaders Program in the Pittsburgh area for the Small Business Administration. He is also pursuing his Doctorate of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University and has published numerous articles in the newsletter for Donnelly-Boland and Associates.
