Digital Fundamentals and Emerging Technologies

An elective course in the Agile Project Management Certificate Program and an elective course in the Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing Specialized Study Program.

Course Description

This course provides the foundational understanding of the drivers of the digital economy, high-level understanding of critical technologies within the economy, as well as introducing practical approaches to implementing these concepts in both operational and leadership contexts. Develop an understanding of key technologies including cloud computing, cyber security, data analytics and automation and how these can be applied to transform industries and influence new ways of working. This course is suitable for students from all levels of experience.

Prerequisite(s): None.
