Advanced Agile w/ Scrum & Kanban

A required course in the Agile Project Management Certificate Program.

Course Description

Following Fundamentals of Agile, Advanced Agile w/ Scrum & Kanban takes a deeper look at key areas of agile, including Scrum, Extreme Programming, Lean, and Kanban. Students will explore popular Agile tools and techniques for practical application through hands-on exercises. The course will also introduce the students to complexity theory/systems thinking. Prerequisite: I&C SCI X494.94 Fundamentals of Agile.

Prerequisite(s): I&C SCI X494.94 Fundamentals of Agile.
