PHR/SPHR Test Preparation Course

Course Description

The instructor-led PHR™/SPHR™ Test Preparation course allows participants the focused time necessary to successfully prepare for the HRCI® exam using materials provided by the HR Certification Preparation (HRCP). This course takes the participants through each of the functional areas to assist with the understanding of the exam content. The functional areas include but are not limited to leadership and strategy, talent acquisition, total rewards, and employee relations. Time will be provided to review key terminology, examine practice questions, and insight to exam readiness.

The test prep materials used in this course can be purchased here: https://www.hrcp.com/products/phr-sphr/. A discount code for the materials will be provided in the email confirmation once enrolled. The discount code can be applied to any format of materials (print or online). Please purchase and become familiar with the materials prior to the first day of class.

NOTE: This course will meet in live sessions via Zoom. Attending the live Zoom session is mandatory. Additional readings, assignments, and/or quizzes may also be assigned weekly in the online course. The Zoom meeting link and password to join will be provided in your course. A device with audio and visual will be needed to participate.
