Leading Strategy

Develop your knowledge and skills as a leader to execute business strategy.



Learn how to consistently adopt a ‘big picture’ view of the issues and challenges facing your organization to avoid ‘silo thinking’ that often obstructs an organization’s capacity for executing strategic initiatives.



This course will introduce you to frameworks for assessing your organization and develop your skills in considering organizational issues and challenges from multiple perspectives (departments, business units, geographic regions, etc.).



Overall, you will develop deeper strategic insight into your organization and role by enhancing skills in identifying the critical changes in the global business environment that impacts the business.

A pre-assessment is part of this course. Once registered, you will receive a link from an outside vendor, Qualtrics. We encourage you to register 2 weeks in advance of the start date to allow time to complete the assessment.
