Examine the essential principles of contract law. The elements of an enforceable contract, who can enter into a contract, defenses to formation of contract, and legal and equitable remedies for breaches of contract will be explored.
NOTE: This course has live sessions via Zoom. Students should plan to attend all Zoom sessions. If a student is unable to attend a session, a recording will be available. The Zoom meeting link and password to join will be provided in the course. A device with audio and visual will be needed to participate.
