Advanced Lean Toolkit for Lean Six Sigma

This course will build on the introductory Lean Toolkit course contained within the Green Belt program. Whereas the introductory course focused on tactical Lean implementation, this course will focus on strategic Lean implementation and the quantitative underpinnings of Lean as it relates to a system such as a factory, hospital, office or governmental entity. The opportunity to learn from peers is realized through team exercises, case studies, and class presentations that demonstrate the lean concepts taught in the course.
