Linda L. Cox, B.S., CCP, is a Global Compensation expert with over 30 years of Global Total Rewards management, professional, and consultative experience with major companies such as Allergan (Director, International Compensation & Benefits), Quest Software (Sr. Director, Global Compensation & International Benefits), and Dell (Sr. Compensation & Benefits Consultant). She currently is a professional Global Compensation Consultant and works half-time as Compensation Project Manager for ERI Economic Research Institute designing and conducting compensation management webinars, courses, white papers, and blog posts for current and potential customers of the salary survey provider. Linda is also has over eight years of community college teaching experience. She is also a Certified Compensation Professional and graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education.
