Business Essentials for Leaders

This program will incorporate elements such as building an extraordinary presentation, crafting a compelling story, and connecting with your audience in meetings or presentations. Students will discover the impact of body language and vocal techniques and how to employ them for better communication. They will learn the art of telling stories that will inspire and motivate teams.
Recognizing the four communication styles, participants will understand and practice communicating effectively through written communications as well. Experiential learning activities will unpack workstyle behaviors and communication strategies. Students will utilize the full capabilities of Microsoft Excel business applications for successful forecasting and data-driven decision making. The program will facilitate honing one’s leadership style and end with a reflection where participants will understand and be able to articulate who they are as a leader.
