Developing Your Authentic Leadership Profile & Impact

This leadership development program is designed for front-line and mid-level leaders, including team leaders, managers, and directors, who are seeking to accelerate their careers and advance to executive roles.

This three-day program, Developing Your Authentic Leadership Profile & Impact, is designed to develop leadership competencies and skills across three levels: Leading Self, Leading Others & Teams, and Leading the Organization. The specific topics that will be examined throughout the course include identifying personal values and leadership principles, authentic leadership principles and practices, leader emotional intelligence, and performance feedback and coaching.

In order to gain deep insights and feedback across each level of executive influence, participants will complete a 360-degree leadership assessment at the launch of the course. Validated via industry research and benchmarking data from over 10,000 participants, the 360 Leadership Assessment will provide participants with a set of priorities for further leadership development across four sets of executive competencies: Driving Business Results, Engaging Stakeholders & Teams, Leading Organizational Change, and Leading Self. Participants will learn a validated framework and a series of development tools for better understanding their personal leadership style and values, the leadership challenges and opportunities in their leadership role, and how to maximize their impact on others and their organization.

Participants will further develop the following leadership skills and competencies as a result of completing the program:

  • Identify the core values, principles, and life experiences that drive their personal beliefs about effective leadership and the resulting impact on demonstrated leadership competencies;

  • Develop leader emotional intelligence competencies, including self-awareness, self-regulation, and emotional management;

  • Gain valuable self-insight and rich feedback concerning their leadership profile, the impact of their behaviors on others, and their strengths, development opportunities, and blind spots as leaders;

  • Strengthen their ability to fully engage a range of organizational stakeholders through collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills;

  • Enhance their skills in providing performance feedback and coaching to others, particularly ‘crucial conversations’ with high-potential employees and other key stakeholders;

  • Enhance their ability to build high-performance teams that are adaptive to changing environmental demands;

  • Craft a leadership development plan that targets specific competencies and action items that are critical to their roles as team leaders, managers, or directors.
