Agile Simulation

Agile methods have become increasingly popular in the application of project management. Though started for use in software development, it has evolved and has proven useful in various types of projects including but not limited to product development, process improvement and various types of IT projects. The two areas of Agile that can be applied include SCRUM methods and the use of Kanban’s. This course covers a basic introduction to these methods and concentrates on actually applying these methods to sample projects. The Simulation will start with the Agile Initiation or Sprint 0 and include development and prioritization of the Product Backlog, development of the SCRUM/Kanban Board, practice of range estimating and the development of the Burn Down Chart.
