Design Technologies

Geek out and learn all there is to know about the best Web Design Technologies out there. This introductory level course focuses on exploring various tools used in UX design including InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator. An introduction to prototyping tools like Axure and Sketch will also be covered. Through a project-based approach, students will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, artistic perception, and practice peer critique and self-reflection throughout the process. This course will take a hand-on approach where students submit individual components of an interactive prototype. The final project for this course will include submission of a link to an online portfolio that has been worked on throughout the quarter.
