Applied Lean Six Sigma

Lean and Six Sigma and are process improvement methodologies. Lean reduces process waste and Six Sigma reduces process variation within a process. Combining the two, arms the user with a variety of tools that enable them to make significant improvements within their work processes. Participants in this course will learn and then practice how to apply basic Lean and Six Sigma tools to processes in their workplace. This program, combined with organizational support, will produce quantifiable benefits within the term of the program. The benefits typically are in the form of cycle time reduction, quality improvement, and ultimately lower costs.
