Web App Dev 6: Browser Programming with Javascript

JavaScript is the language of the browser and is likely the most popular programming language on the planet. This course will present the basic programming constructs of all languages while exploring the mechanics of “liking” a social media post. Students will learn programming in a familiar and engaging context driven by hands-on labs. Additional topics covered include ES6, ES6-based Object Orientation, and Array Iterators. This will set students up for exploring both the functional as well as object-oriented paradigms present in modern workplace JavaScript as well as in popular frameworks like React / Redux.
