Management, Leadership and Teambuilding in the Project Environment

Research suggests that in order to make sense of the complexity of modern organizations, those who aspire to leadership must first seek to understand themselves. In this course, you will administer a variety of self-analysis instruments to understand and reflect on your own leadership preferences and behavioral tendencies. This course is a gateway into understanding what it takes to be an effective leader and assessing where you are now relative to those skills and that knowledge.
