In today’s constantly changing business environment, factors such as people infrastructure, change management, and culture have become increasingly important levers that can significantly impact an organization’s success. Unfortunately, those overseeing these activities often lack the training, in-depth knowledge, experience, and expertise needed to both strategize and execute successfully. By the end of this course, students will be able to not only think about these three factors strategically, but will also gain key insights regarding how to operationalize plans related to organizational structures, navigating change management, and the role culture plays in these efforts.
