Jaime A. Huffman, MPH, is a seasoned hospitality and spa professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in education, healthcare, spa and professional organizations. As a past member of the ISPA board, president of FSMTB and the chair of NC Board of MT and other industry organizations, she tirelessly and passionately contributes to the growth of the wellness industry. She is the President of In Touch Consulting, assisting spa clients from around the world with development, design, customer service and maximizing profitability. Prior to this role she served as Senior Vice President of Spa Development for Universal Companies. Prior to joining Universal, she was responsible for overall spa leadership at The Spa at The Grove Park Inn, one of the most highly ranked spas in North America. She holds a master’s degree in Health Policy and Administration and is a sought-after advisor, teacher, writer and speaker in the hospitality industry on topics such as Spa Operations, Spa Supervision/Management, Hotel & Spa Revenue Management, Retail Management and Customer Service. She has contributed to numerous industry textbooks that are used in spa management courses internationally.
Jeremy McCarthy, MAPP, is the Group Director of Spa for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. He has over 20 years of experience opening and operating spas in luxury resort properties. He is the former Vice Chairman of the International Spa Association, is a regular speaker at industry events, and is the author of The Psychology of Spas & Wellbeing along with several other spa industry books and magazines.
