UCI + One Core Program

UCI+One prepares recent graduates and young alumni for life after graduation. This program provides customized solutions to meet the unique professional development and personal transition needs of participants whether they need to land a job, explore graduate or professional school, engage in public service, or discover new opportunities through meaningful travel.

This self-paced program blends individual and group-based learning opportunities with advising, mentorship, and experiential activities to ensure flexibility and accountability.

Upon completion of the UCI+One Core Program, participants will:
- Build engaging mentoring relationships and a network of professional contacts
- Learn essential skills for the workplace including time management, problem solving, and business writing
- Create professional materials including resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile
- Develop a personal budget
- Distinguish the differences among graduate and professional programs
