Holiday Pairing of Food and Wine

An elective course for the Specialized Studies Program in Wine.

Course Description

Develop your decision making skills of pairing wine with what you want to eat for the holidays. Explore your options in selecting domestic, international or sparkling wines with the type of foods normally served at home or when you are planning to host a party.

Recommended prerequisite: Fundamentals of Wine Studies or Introduction to Wines of the World. Please bring four clear wine glasses to each class meeting. Enrollment is limited to persons 21 years of age or older. Refund Deadline one week prior to start date.
