Corporate Law

An elective course in the Paralegal Certificate Program. Eligible attorneys and Paralegals may earn up to 30 hours of general MCLE credit based on attendance.

Examine the laws affecting corporate entities. Corporate formation, federal and state securities law, annual corporate filings, amending articles of incorporation and bylaws, Secretary of State filing requirements, mergers & acquisitions, and dissolution of corporations will be explored.
