Project Leadership & Communication
A required course in the Project Management Certificate Program.
The bulk of the work of a project manager is leading a project team and communicating with that team and project stakeholders. In this course, students will learn how to build, empower, and motivate high-performing teams, develop conflict management and problem-solving strategies, and use communication best practices to drive successful projects.
