Dr. Majed Al-Ghandour has taught for Wake Technical Community College and NCSU for over 22 years. He has a PhD in Engineering from NC State University. Majed teaches Data Analytics for MBA Graduates as a Visiting Lecturer for NCSU using Data Warehouse, Cloud Computing and Security, Tableau, and SAS Visual Analytics. Majed also teaches with the Corporate & Business Solutions of Wake Technical Community College and helped in professional training giant RTP corporates in Java (Fidelity), Minitab (Catalent), SharePoint (Wep Clinical), and Advanced Python (DELL).His teaches Microsoft .NET and Open Source technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, JavaScript, ASP.NET, SQL Server, C#, XML Web Services, Java, C++, PHP, MySQL, jQuery, Ajax, SharePoint, Drupal, WordPress, Python, R, SAS programming, Tableau, SAS Visual Analytics, SharePoint, Cloud Application Development, and Mobile App Development.

Her professional background includes holding positions as an Internal Auditor and Marketing Analyst as well as career positions in fortune 500 companies such as Verizon Wireless and Ingram Micro. She also volunteers with SCORE-LA, a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship. Steven R. Antonoff, Ph.D., is a Certified Educational Planner and a respected voice in the profession of Independent Educational Consulting. He is author of A Student of Colleges (the first textbook written for the field), College Match, and The College Finder. Dr. Antonoff is active in the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA), and the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC). Dr. Antonoff was President of IECA and is Founding Chair of the American Institute of Certified Educational Planners. He is past chair of the IECA Foundation. Jimmy is a strategic advisor and shareholder for XSET. He serves on the advisory board for Reuters syndicated news outlet The Esportz Network. He also consults for Fallen Media and A.I. software developer Wizard Labs. Additionally, alongside seed investors from FaZe Clan, Jimmy founded a nonprofit esports league: The North American Collegiate League. Dr. Barrett has been teaching and training ESL/EFL instructors for over 10 years. He has taught English in public schools in Japan, and online M.Ed courses and undergraduate courses at the University of Calgary. Dr. Barrett is an editor of Asian EFL Journal and The Journal of English as an International Language. During his professional career, he has led large engineering teams where he was involved in all aspects of hiring, training, and managing recruits to develop industry-leading software and hardware solutions. He has two published articles on IEEE transactions on Mobile Computing, several IEEE conference papers in advanced signal processing for wireless transmission location detection. William J Cameron served as a Special Agent in the US Secret Service for 22 years in a variety of roles and posts including the Presidential Protective Division. He provided protection to Presidents Bush (41) and Clinton, serving as the Lead Advance Agent and Site Coordinator during the 1993 Presidential Inauguration, the 1992 Republican National Convention and the 1990 G- 7 Economic Summit.
In addition, Cameron supervised a 12 member task force investigating financial organized crime , working with federal, state and local police officials. Participated on the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force and the National Threat Assessment Center.
After retiring as an Agent, Cameron spent seven years as the Director of Corporate Security at two international corporations before returning to the US Secret Service as the Division Chief & Emergency Management Coordinator, where he served for an additional ten years.

Dr. Dursun Delen is the holder of Spears Endowed Chair in Business Administration, Patterson Family Endowed Chair in Business Analytics, Director of Research for the Center for Health Systems Innovation, and Regents Professor of Management Science and Information Systems in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University (OSU). Dr. Delen has over 30 years of experience in analytics and data science both as a business consultant and university professor. Prior to his academic tenure, he worked for a privately-owned research and consultancy company as a research scientist for five years, during which he led a number of decision support, information systems and advanced analytics related research projects funded by federal agencies including DoD, NASA, NIST and DoE. Mark Deppe earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cal State Fullerton and is the founding director of UCI Esports, leading the effort to create the award-winning program in 2016. Working closely with student leaders, administrators, faculty, and industry partners, Mark built a business plan that broadly approaches the world of esports through the five pillars of Competition, Research, Community, Entertainment, and Careers.? In 2018, UCI’s League of Legends team won the college championship and UCI was awarded “Most Outstanding Collegiate Program” by the esports industry.

Todd De Voe, currently is the Director of Emergency Management at Titan HST and is the host of the leading emergency management podcast show “EM Weekly.” Todd’s involvement in Emergency Response, Emergency Management, Education and Volunteer Management began in 1989 when he became a volunteer firefighter in Upstate New York. In 1991, Todd joined the United States Navy and became a Hospital Corpsman assigned to the Fleet Marine Force. After his service, Todd served as an emergency medical responder (EMT) in some of the most challenging neighborhoods of Los Angeles County. Todd received his B.S. in Public Administration from the University of La Verne, and his Masters of Public Administration from the California State University at Fullerton. Todd has served as Emergency Services Coordinator for the City of Dana Point, and was invited to join a steering committee for Coastline Community College that developed their emergency management program; shortly after, Todd accepted a faculty position at Coastline Community College. In addition, Todd is the instructor of Emergency Management at California State University Fullerton for the MPA program, as well as being an active member of the International Association of Emergency Managers and is the a member of the Region 9 Board of Directors. Todd is a servant leader at heart and is very involved in the community. Todd has served as a Parks Commissioner for the City of Whittier, served on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross Rio Hondo Chapter, served on the Board of Directors Irvine Chamber of Commerce, served on the Advisory Board of the Whittier First Day Homeless Transitional Program, and served on the Board of Directors for the Organized Communities and Emergency Volunteers Association, currently Todd is serving as a member Team Rubicon USA Region IX, and is a special project advisor for the Warrior Built Foundation.

Eric Endlich, Ph.D. (he/him), is a clinical psychologist and the founder of Top College Consultants®, a nationwide team of consultants dedicated to guiding neurodivergent students. Dr. Endlich served on the Learning Differences/ Neurodiversity and Diversity/Equity/Inclusion Committees of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), and received the “Making a Difference” award from IECA in 2020 for his professional contributions. He is a Primary Researcher on a U.S. Dept. of Education-funded project to develop college readiness software for autistic high school students, and Co-Investigator on an Institute of Education Sciences-funded study to enhance student-teacher relationships for autistic children. Jean Fried: Project Scientist, Urban Planning and Public Policy, School of Social Ecology, University of California, Irvine, and Water UCI, Expert-Consultant at the European Commission in Brussels and President of the European Institute for Water. Jean Fried developed an expert competence in directing multidisciplinary and multicultural professional groups of scientists, policymakers and planners, administrators, and technical staff, to prepare the scientific background of water legislation in the EU and draft the corresponding water laws, with an emphasis on groundwater. He also directed water governance capacity-building programs of the EU in various countries and regions, including the Middle East, South America, the United States, the European Union and most of its member states, Canada, Russia and Siberia, Uzbekistan, South Africa, with an emphasis on water, groundwater, and sustainable development. Jean Fried has been a Project Scientist at UCI since 2007, teaching “Groundwater Policy and Governance” in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021, has conceived and implemented two international workshops, a California-European Union workshop in 2019 and a California-European Union-Australia workshop in 2021, on groundwater policy, governance, management, and resilience, focusing on the implementation of the California Groundwater Sustainable Management Act.

Wayne launched his career at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California as a Sound Technician and later held leadership roles executing maintenance and operations, planning, estimating, and project management. Paul Weghorst: Executive Director of Water Policy at Irvine Ranch Water District. Paul Weghorst has dedicated his career to helping communities develop sustainable and reliable water supplies. His responsibilities include overseeing the District’s groundwater banking and water transfer projects. He is also responsible for the District’s recycled water customer development programs, water use efficiency programs and environmental compliance activities. Mr. Weghorst has worked at Irvine Ranch Water District for 15 years.
Prior to coming to the District, Mr. Weghorst worked for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation where he was active for 23 years planning and implementing surface and groundwater water supply reliability projects in the 17 western states. Paul graduated in 1982 from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BS in Civil Engineer and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Colorado.
