The Science of Aging: A Comprehensive Review

We'll explore landmark publications, historical perspectives, and the explosion of research since 1975, along with actions you can take to slow aging. Topics include genetics, caloric restriction, cellular reprogramming, biomarkers and age-related immune dysfunction. We'll conclude with a look at where aging science is heading—perfect for curious minds eager to understand the roots and scientific revolutions behind one of humanity’s enduring questions: how—and why—do we age?
