Orange County has organizations that strive to improve life for all residents. This class will focus on efforts to help refugees and homeless veterans assimilate into Orange County. We think globally, but many are giving back locally. This class is the first in a series to inform you of some of the best kept secrets in Orange County.

Presenters:
Milo Peinemann,
CEO of American Family Housing, will give us insight into the plight of homeless veterans in Orange County and the actions being pursued to help them.

Meymuna Hussein-Cattan,
co-founder of Tiyya Foundation, will talk about efforts to support displaced families in Orange County.
