Emotional intelligence is a valuable life tool for improving interpersonal communication and developing positive relationships. It applies to people at all stages of the life cycle. This single session class will identify the personal and social competencies of emotional intelligence and demonstrate how we can apply it as a practical guide for thought and behavior to achieve goals in a variety of work and social settings.
