Stem cell research is leading to exciting major changes in medical practice. Dr. Bota will explain the basics of clinical trials from her core position at UCI and draw back the curtain around current stem cell research. She will discuss when and how patients are accepted into research efforts.

Presenter: Professor Daniela Bota, M.D., is an OC Medical Association top-rated physician and director of Neuro-Oncology at UCI Health. She directs NIH clinical trial testing at the UCI Gross Stem Cell Research Center.
