GLOBAL ECONOMIC INEQUALITY

GLOBAL ECONOMIC INEQUALITY
SS 303

The global distribution of wealth and income is tremendously unequal - more unequal than in any single country. New research in economics shows just how unequal our world truly is. Questions that will be discussed: Is inequality rising or falling? What causes changes in global wealth and income distribution? What political and ethical consequences can be discerned? What are the likely implications for the future?
